All In-Person Sessions will make use of the Pilates Reformer, Tower and Chair, as well as various other props.
All Virtual Sessions are held over zoom
Semi-Private Sessions
4-Pack - $384
Single Session - $100 ($50pp)
Duet Sessions are appropriate for 2 people who'd like to workout together - friends, partners, or folks with similar pathologies or goals.

Group Classes can be booked online as Drop-In, but require pre-approval

All Small Group Classes are held at the Studio and will make use of the Reformer, Tower, Props and Mat.
All Duet Sessions are held at the Studio and will make use of the Reformer, Tower, Props and Mat.
GST (5%) will be added to all purchases.
All packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
All sessions are 1hour with the exception of Initial sessions which run for 1hr15mins.
Please note that rescheduling or cancellations require 24hrs notice.
A cancellation fee of 100% of the session total will be applied for any missed or late cancelled sessions.
